For our valuable clients, we do provide a discount when multiple cars are shipped. Since the rates fluctuate with the distance that is to be covered and the quotation would also vary keeping in view if you want to ship all your vehicles together or separately thus we cannot provide a fixed price.
Complete address is required including where the car needs to be picked up from and where it needs to be delivered at. We would also require the contact details of the person who would be present at the pick-up and delivery locations. For the records and calculating the shipping cost, we also need the make, model and year and the condition of the vehicle.
Yes, you can place an order if you have the following information like contact details of the person who will be meeting the driver at pick-up and delivery location along with the zip code, city and state.
It is not compulsory for you to be present at the destinations, however, a contact person is required who can hand over the keys to the driver and accept delivery. The assigned person should be over eighteen years of age who can sign the initial and final inspection report. You need to nominate that person and let us know in advance.
You have the option of keeping your personal belongings or any spare parts inside the vehicle; either in the trunk of the car or under the back seat below the window level. The total weight of these items should not exceed 100 lbs. Do keep in mind that our insurance policy does not cover the damage or loss of these items, hence, we usually discourage our customers to put their personal belongings inside the vehicles.
It is recommended to leave at least one quarter of gas in the car. It is required since it makes it easier to load and unload the car and does not have a great impact on the total weight of the vehicle.
The Bill of Lading (BOL) is also called the vehicle condition or inspection report. It is the mandatory paperwork that has all the essential information which the carriers require before the vehicle is loaded for transportation and also after the vehicle is unloaded at the destination. BOL has complete information about the shipment. This includes the make of the car, model, address of the target destination, delivery time and the driver’s name. BOL is required God Forbid if something happens to the vehicle being shipped the insurance company would reimburse for the damage to our customer after matching it with inspection report.
Certainly, we do provide door-to-door service. However, please keep in mind that your home should be accessible to large trailers and commercial trucks. It has happened in the past that customers were requested to meet at an alternate location since the large vehicle could not reach the destination because of narrow streets of the residential area, general city restrictions by the government or low hanging trees.

The first and foremost step is to confirm that the damage is new and the driver understands that the damage has taken place during transportation and it was not there before the car was picked up. Customer needs to clearly mark the damages and report them on the bill of lading and have it signed by the driver. Once it is confirmed and signed, customer needs to call the shipping company or the broker to inform them regarding the situation. Mostly, the damages are covered by the insurance company and reimbursed to the customer after receiving three estimates to repair the damage.
Yes, according to the Federal Law, it is mandatory to fully pay the carrier for the service rendered. If the customer decides to withhold any amount, the carrier can legally hold the vehicle until the full payment is received. Such scenarios are very rare, but in case there is any untoward situation or customers face any issues, our doors are always open to mediate and assist in resolving the situation. We do offer a discount for future shipments to make it up to you.
